ACPO comment on Government plans to shelve plans for minimum pricing for alcohol

“Alcohol has an enormous impact on policing services through alcohol-related crime, disorder and anti-social behaviour.

“Alcohol misuse also ruins lives and has a huge impact on society so we would support changes that would not only reduce crime but also alcohol related illness and deaths.”
