ACPO comment on the appointment of a chief executive to the College of Policing

ACPO President, Sir Hugh Orde said:

“I am delighted to hear that Chief Constable Alex Marshall has been appointed Chief Executive of the College of Policing. Alex has contributed extensively to the work of ACPO and to the police service over the years, most recently launching the National Police Air Service. The College will be in good hands with Alex at the helm and I wish him well. “
